Dead Sector is in active development, so detailed minimum and recommended CPU/RAM/GPU targets are still being finalized. The current public build has the compatibility baseline below.

Why there is no fake minimum-spec table
Dead Sector is still being optimized and its renderer, shaders, content and effects continue to change. Publishing invented CPU, memory or GPU minimums would be less useful than stating the compatibility baseline that is actually known.
As the build stabilizes, measured minimum and recommended targets can be added from real test hardware.
Launcher updates
The launcher verifies files and applies signed stable updates. If Dead Sector is already installed, use the launcher before downloading an entire build again.
